Spirit is a non-profit, non- governmental, organizations that is independent of any political agenda.
Due to the expansion of the conflict and the increasing needs, Spirit began as an informal local taskforce at the end of 2013. Later, it moved to be an institution and it formally registered in Turkey at 2016. Spirit focuses on developing the capacity of Syrian youth and civil society activists to promote and build a foundation for justice and good governance.
Is to be a significant actor in establishing a developed Syrian civil society based on justice; in parallel, we aim to become the leading “non-profit capacity development” provider for all types of humanitarian organizations and programs.
Is to develop community tools, and grant the tool usage to the local society in a way that maintains both human rights and dignity; concurrently, developing capacities of the local NGO’s operating within the same society.
For more than three years, Spirit has worked to create a better world one leader at a time. We are inspired to undertake this lofty task by those with whom we are privileged to work.
